Boxer Friday 12Feb10

Thanks to some very kind comments and suggestions to continue from my last boxer friday post (as well as a couple VERY nice suggestions to continue sent privately), I am once again joining the delectably delicious Nursemyra for the Friday fun.

Not one of my theme (picture) boxers.  Rather, I chose it because it was red for Valentine’s Day Sunday.   And as brash counterpoint to the good Nurse’s soft pink gown.

Silk feels goooood

Happy early Valentine’s Day.

To teach about metaphors the other day, I explained how they work on association. Using the colour red as a starting point, I asked what feelings we associate with red. Anger! Rage! Love! Danger! Emergency! With all of those associations in your boxers it’s quite a metaphorical salute to tomorrow’s perhaps less than saintly day! Chuck some fishnets on those nice legs and there’s some serious competition for Nurse Myra.

syncopated eyeball – hi praise, indeed!

healingmagichands – sometimes you just have to throw caution to the wind

mitzi – mmm, fishnets. not sure i can get away with that without losing my “Man Union Card”. and, yes, i was trying to convey each of those. well done.

daisyfae – those pictures not suitable for posting…but i’d certainly share with you

girl, unpinned – why thank you. despite the beating i’ve given them, they’ve held up pretty well.
